Converting an Email into a To-Do Task
With Emailpet, you can turn an email into a to-do item in Todoist, ToodleDo, Asana, Any.Do, etc. just be dragging it to a mail folder. For this, you need to create a new Mail Folder called “Create Todo” and a new filter- “Create Todo.” Now, forward the message to address firstname.lastname@example.org (or whichever to-do management system you are using).
Now next time you want to create a to-do item from an email, just drag it to the “Create Todo” folder.
Keep Unimportant Email out of your Inbox
Emailpet automatically moves unimportant emails, newsletters, etc. out of the inbox and later, into your Read Later folder. For this, you need to create some filters and move emails to a folder using them.
Once this is done manually, the following emails will be redirected automatically.
In this case, since revenues can come from addresses that also send other emails, we can set up filters based on the sender address and the subject line of the email.
Also, create a new Filter that will help to identify the sender’s address. You can populate your whitelist with your address book. Now whenever the email is marked as spam from a friend or any other important source, it will be automatically redirected to the inbox.
