Capabilities and Supporting Set of Features

The Dashboard
As soon as you register with the application, it will take you to its dashboard. Here you get direct access links to all the features of the application. You can create a meeting note, a team folder, your private folder, and invite your team members.

Directory
The directory feature keeps a record of all the people or teammates that are members of your team. The feature keeps a list with details such as:

  • Person
  • Company Name
  • Role
  • Source
  • Last interaction, and
  • Email Address

Here you can also search the needed person with the help search bar on the top panel. These are the features of the Contacts section. The directory further has a directory for Companies. You can also add more team members by clicking on the “Invite Teammates” button on the bottom of the screen.

Notes as Bits of Information
You can write a note about a meeting in the “All Meeting Notes” section. For this, you only need to fill in a few details such as Meeting name, time, team members, folder (public or private) and description notes.

All Meeting Notes
This feature displays all the notes that you have created. You can edit and share notes right from this place. You can also search notes or add a new note right from this place. The feature also displays the name of the team member. These notes are then visible in the team folder and not in the private folder until not mentioned to be kept private intentionally.

The Private Folder
This is the most promising feature of the application. A private folder is a place in the application where you can keep all your information private. Hugo lets you add notes and contacts in the private folder. Also, at appoint when you want to make a note public, you can share it anytime.

Mobile Accessibility

The application is currently unavailable on mobile devices and platforms such as Android and iPhone. The team will soon introduce a mobile app for Android and iPhone users to keep then informed on the go.
