Managing Contacts

Agile CRM allows you to add or import contacts in the application. This can be done simply by importing through CSV, or Salesforce, or from any other platform. Contacts feature can be accessed directly from the dashboard by clicking on the contacts icon on the left pane. Apart from adding the contact directly through a CSV file, you can add contacts by clicking on the “+ Add Contact” button on the top right corner of the screen. The contact feature also shows information such as basic information, company, tags, and lead score.

        

Companies

The feature lets you add companies to the tool. This can be done by clicking on the “+ Add Company” button on the top right corner of the screen. For this, you only need to add the name along with the URL to add to the listing. The company feature also shows details such as basic information, owner name, star value, and created date. You can also add tags, remove tags, send an email, bulk update fields, export as CSV, and delete entries from here. All these features are available on the click of the button present on the top panel of the website.  The tool also allows you to add filters to get quick access to the companies you need.

 

Managing Documents

You can add documents that can be used to maintain records about the marketing activities of your organization. This can be done by clicking on the “+ Add Document” button on the top right corner of the screen. You can also add an eDocument to the application by clicking on the “+ Add eDocument” button from the center of the screen.   

 

Managing Messages

Agile CRM is an application that offers a feature where you can manage your business messages in the tool’s inbox. Similar to any other mailing platform, the feature shows a list of emails in different folders such as sent, drafts, and trash. The inbox also allows you to compose emails to share with your customers. This can be done by clicking on the compose button present on the top left corner of the screen.
