Add all Cloud Accounts
When you sign up for Agora, you will be asked to add your existing cloud accounts. All your files will be displayed accessible from one place. Agora stacks up the available space of your cloud so you can easily manage, upload or create new files and folders. You can also add new cloud accounts any time you want and Agora will manage the new data accordingly.
File Categorization
The intuitive user interface enables you to locate a file easily. You can look for a file in different categories like incoming, where you will find all the files that are sent to you by others, the recent section will show you the most recently accessed files and trash section where you can find the deleted files or folders. You can also mark your important files so that you can easily access them from the starred section.
Search Files
For easier file access, Agora also provides a search bar, where you can simply type the name of the file you are looking for, and you will instantly see the list of files whose names match closely to the name you entered.
Reorganize Files
Once you’ve added the cloud account, you will be able to see the files and folder of all the cloud accounts and get the detailed overview of them. You can reorganize these files, copy, delete and move them across different clouds with simple, convenient gestures like drag drop or a right click.
Easy Sharing
You can share your files and folders easily and quickly with just 3 clicks. You just need to specify the email of the person you want to share it with. At the same time you can be assured of giving the appropriate access rights to that person and change the permissions anytime you want.
Real-time Collaboration
Agora’s live editor allows you to collaborate with others in real time, regardless of where the file is stored. This a significant advancement as it allows you to collaborate with being concerned about cloud compatibility.
Mobile Accessibility
Agora is soon going to launch its app for iOS and Android platforms. This will enable you to collaborate on the fly.
