It offers a 24*7 service and claims to have different use cases with requests to fix clocks, buy computers or other gifts, getting shattered smartphones screen repaired and much more.
The platform earns by taking commission, which is a percentage of the amount of the product or service rendered for each transaction that the user completes through dunzo from the different service providers. The team believes that by focusing on the consumer’s needs, they can assist them in completing the whole task. The team claims that the product has grown rapidly since last year when it came in the market. It has reached a monthly rate of 10,000 transactions since then.
The founders believe that dunzo is an efficient platform that bridges the gap between small service providers to the larger formal markets. The platform exposes such industries by delivering a good customer experience and significant income improvements to the small service providers.
